ABOUT THE PROJECT

As educators, we assume that every student can succeed, and we should support him in theseendeavors. Effective teaching of children and youth with learning difficulties and individualization of the learni ng process that stimulates development - requires appropriate competence on the part of the teaching staff.

On the basis of surveys conducted with the pedagogical group in the School and Pre-School Complex and in partner schools, it turned out that teachers encounter many difficulties in implementing special educational needs of students resulting, among others, from: variability of organizational solutions at school, large numbers of students with SEN opinions in class branches, high diversity of students' needs, lack of time in lessons resulting from the need to implement a didactic program with all students, low predictability of effectiveness of undertaken activities, insufficient knowledge and skills in working with a student with learning difficulties or low motivation.

OBJECTIVES

The Main Goal Of The Project:
Improving the competences of teachers working with students with special educational needs aged 10-14 in the School and Pre-school Complex in Szemud and in partner schools during the period of project implementation.

The Specific Aims Of The Project:
- Increasing the competence of teachers through the exchange of experiences, methods and ways of working with students about special educational needs (SEN);
- Supporting teachers' professional self-improvement through participation and involvement in the implementation of the project;
- Increasing SEN student motivation to learn;
- Raising students' self-esteem about SEN through the right teacher's approach to the student during teaching;
- Joint development of new methods and tools with the use of ICT and innovative methods for activating SEN students, to make the teaching activities more attractive and more effective;
- Expanding the international dimension.

EXPECTED RESULTS
The most important product for us will be an e-book with scenarios of didactic classes for pupils with SEN aged 10-14 using ICT and innovative methods to activate selected subjects in native languages of schools participating in the project and in English.

Project Partners: Turkey, Poland, Sweden, Greece, Romania and Lithuania.

PROJE HAKKINDA

Eğitimciler olarak, her öğrencinin başarılı olabileceğini varsayarız ve onu bu çabalarında desteklemeliyiz. Öğrenme güçlüğü çeken çocuk ve gençlerin etkili bir şekilde eğitilmesi ve gelişimi teşvik eden öğrenme sürecinin bireyselleştirilmesi, öğretim kadrosunun uygun yetkinliğe sahip olmasını gerektirir.

Okul ve Okul Öncesi Kompleksi'ndeki pedagojik grupla ve ortak okullarda yapılan anketlere dayanarak, öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin özel eğitim ihtiyaçlarını uygularken, diğerlerinin yanı sıra şu nedenlerden kaynaklanan birçok zorlukla karşılaştıkları ortaya çıkmıştır: okuldaki organizasyonel çözümlerin değişkenliği, sınıf şubelerinde çok sayıda özel gereksinimli öğrenci olması, öğrencilerin ihtiyaçlarının yüksek çeşitliliği, tüm öğrencilerle didaktik bir program uygulama ihtiyacından kaynaklanan derslerde zaman eksikliği, üstlenilen faaliyetlerin etkinliğinin düşük öngörülebilirliği, öğrenme güçlüğü çeken bir öğrenciyle çalışma konusunda yetersiz bilgi ve beceri veya düşük motivasyon.

HEDEFLER

Projenin Ana Hedefi:
Özel eğitim ihtiyacı olan öğrencilerle çalışan öğretmenlerin yeterliliklerinin geliştirilmesi 10-14 döneminde Szemud'daki Okul ve Okul Öncesi Kompleksinde ve ortak okullarda proje uygulaması.

Projenin Özel Amaçları:
- Deneyimlerin, yöntemlerin ve yolların paylaşılması yoluyla öğretmenlerin yetkinliklerinin artırılması özel eğitim ihtiyaçları konusunda öğrencilerle çalışmak (SEN);
- Öğretmenlerin mesleki açıdan kendilerini geliştirmelerini desteklemek amacıyla projenin uygulanması;
- Özel gereksinimli öğrencilerin öğrenme motivasyonunu artırmak;
- Öğretmenin öğrenciye doğru yaklaşımı sayesinde öğrencilerin özel eğitime ilişkin özgüvenlerinin artırılması öğretim;
- BİT ve yenilikçi yöntemlerin kullanımı ile yeni yöntem ve araçların ortak geliştirilmesi Öğretim faaliyetlerini daha çekici ve daha etkili hale getirmek için özel eğitim öğrencilerini aktif hale getirmek;
- Uluslararası boyutun genişletilmesi.

BEKLENEN SONUÇLAR
Bizim için en önemli ürün, projeye katılan okulların ana dillerinde ve İngilizce olarak seçilen konuları etkinleştirmek için BİT ve yenilikçi yöntemler kullanan 10-14 yaş arası özel eğitime muhtaç öğrencilere yönelik didaktik sınıfların senaryolarını içeren bir e-kitap olacaktır.
