Bu rol ve sorumlulukları yerine getirirken işbirliği yapmak ve takım çalışmasının önemini fark etmek önemlidir.
Bu sebeple ilkokul rehber öğretmenimiz tarafından anasınıfı öğrencilerimize takım çalışması ve işbirliğinin önemi oyunlar oynanarak anlatıldı. Öğrenciler işbirliği içinde hareket ederek; farklı bakış açılarının varlığının grupta farklı güçler ortaya çıkardığını, zamandan kazanç sağlama konusunda fayda sağladığını, grup içinde eksik yapılan bir davranışı grubun kapatabileceğini ve tüm bunlardan da önce grupla eğlenceli vakitler geçirmenin işbirliği ile mümkün olduğunu öğrendiler.

We have to be in certain groups throughout our lives. We have roles and responsibilities in every group we are in. While fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, it is important to cooperate and realize the importance of teamwork.
For this reason, the importance of teamwork and cooperation was explained to our Kindergarten students by our primary school guidance counselor by playing games. By acting cooperatively, students learned that the presence of different perspectives reveals different forces in the group, provides benefits in terms of saving time, the group can cover up a behavior that is missing in the group, and before all this, it is possible to have fun with the group through cooperation.
