ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project was created from the need of schools from six different countries to give their partners possibility to acquire future planning skills and professional activities as future employees or entrepreneurs among students aged 10-14 and increasing the soft skills of students and teachers during the project period.
The project will last for two years. One of the main aims of the project is preparing students for living in market economy conditions and enabling young people to acquire knowledge and practical skills facilitating the implementation of professional plans. In addition, the project will stimulate all the partners to make use of the ICT tools of communication, teaching and learning, so as to improve their competence in this area. The project theme has brought together schools from Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey, Croatia, Italy and Poland.
The final products will assure the quality of the project, such as online surveys, a calendar with photos connected with our project.
OBJECTIVES
General Objective:
Acquiring future planning skills and professional activities as future employees or entrepreneurs among students aged 10-14 and increasing the soft skills of teachers during the project period.
Specific Objectives:
a) Preparing students for living in market economy conditions and enabling young people to acquire knowledge and practical skills facilitating the implementation of professional plans.
b) Strengthening the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
c) Increasing students' skills to assess and identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as to determine professional predispositions.
d) Raising digital competences.
e) Increasing the motivation to learn English among all persons participating in the project.
f) A better understanding of the social and cultural diversity of the countries where the partner schools come from.
g) Expanding the international dimension of education by establishing cooperation with other teachers from European institutions.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Tangible:
- 1 online publication consisting of 6 modules (product developed jointly by pupils of all partner schools);
- 1 ebook with 12 lesson plans for entrepreneurship teachers for children and adolescents aged 10-14;
- 2 online calendars with photos connected with our project activities;
- 1 information leaflet about the project in English;
- all pupils and teachers participating in the mobility will receive the Europass.
Intangible:
- increase of students 'and teachers' knowledge about entrepreneurship and soft competences; and understanding the social and cultural diversity of the countries where the partner schools come from;
- increasing the ability to assess and identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as to determine professional predispositions among students;
- changes in students' attitudes characterized by increased motivation of students to learn English;
- increase of competences facilitating the implementation of professional plans.

PROJE HAKKINDA
Bu proje, altı farklı ülkeden okulların, ortaklarına 10-14 yaş arası öğrenciler arasında geleceğin çalışanları veya girişimcileri olarak gelecek planlama becerileri ve mesleki faaliyetler edinme imkanı verme ihtiyacından doğmuştur.
Proje süresince öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin sosyal becerilerinin artırılması. Proje iki yıl sürecektir. Projenin temel amaçlarından biri öğrencileri piyasa ekonomisi koşullarında yaşamaya hazırlamak ve gençlerin mesleki planların uygulanmasını kolaylaştıran bilgi ve pratik beceriler edinmek. Ayrıca proje, tüm ortakları iletişim, öğretme ve öğrenmede ICT araçlarını kullanmaya teşvik ederek bu alandaki yeterliliklerini geliştirecektir. Proje teması Bulgaristan, İspanya, Türkiye, Hırvatistan, İtalya ve Polonya'dan okulları bir araya getirmiştir.
Nihai ürünler, çevrimiçi anketler, projemizle bağlantılı fotoğraflar içeren bir takvim gibi projenin kalitesini garanti edecektir.
Hedefler
Genel Hedef:
10-14 yaş arası öğrencilere geleceğin çalışanları veya girişimcileri olarak gelecek planlama becerileri ve mesleki faaliyetler kazandırmak ve proje süresince öğretmenlerin sosyal becerilerini artırmak.
Özel Hedefler:
a) Öğrencileri piyasa ekonomisi koşullarında yaşamaya hazırlamak ve gençlerin bilgi edinmelerini sağlamak ve mesleki planların uygulanmasını kolaylaştıran pratik beceriler.
b) İnisiyatif ve girişimcilik duygusunun güçlendirilmesi.
c) Öğrencilerin güçlü ve zayıf yönlerini değerlendirme ve tanımlama becerilerinin yanı sıra mesleki yatkınlıklarını belirleme becerilerinin artırılması.
d) Dijital yetkinliklerin artırılması.
e) Projeye katılan tüm kişiler arasında İngilizce öğrenme motivasyonunun artırılması.
f) Ortak okulların geldiği ülkelerin sosyal ve kültürel çeşitliliğinin daha iyi anlaşılması.
g) Avrupa kurumlarından diğer öğretmenlerle işbirliği kurarak eğitimin uluslararası boyutunu genişletmek.
BEKLENEN SONUÇLAR
Somut:
- 6 modülden oluşan 1 çevrimiçi yayın (tüm ortak okulların öğrencileri tarafından ortaklaşa geliştirilen ürün);
- 10-14 yaş arası çocuklar ve ergenler için girişimcilik öğretmenlerine yönelik 12 ders planı içeren 1 e-kitap;
- Proje faaliyetlerimizle bağlantılı fotoğraflar içeren 2 çevrimiçi takvim;
- 1 adet proje hakkında İngilizce bilgi broşürü;
- Hareketliliğe katılan tüm öğrenci ve öğretmenlere Europass verilecektir.
Somut Olmayan:
- Öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin girişimcilik ve sosyal yeterlilikler hakkındaki bilgilerinin artırılması; ortak okulların geldiği ülkelerin sosyal ve kültürel çeşitliliğinin anlaşılması;
- Güçlü ve zayıf yönleri değerlendirme ve belirleme becerisinin yanı sıra öğrenciler arasında mesleki yatkınlıkları belirleme becerisinin artırılması;
- Öğrencilerin İngilizce öğrenme motivasyonlarının artmasıyla karakterize edilen öğrenci tutumlarındaki değişiklikler;
- Mesleki planların uygulanmasını kolaylaştıran yeterliliklerin artması.
