Consultant Teacher Project

As Private Erciyes Anatolian High School, we have added another new step to our innovation and development efforts!

Our ''Consultant Teacher'' project, which supports our modern educational approach, has been approved with a score of 91 points within the scope of Erasmus+ School Education Staff Mobility.

Being the only project belonging to a private school among the 4 projects accepted from Kayseri in 2018 has additionally made us proud.

With our project, two groups of 8 teachers will receive training in our partner countries, Germany and Latvia, initiating a new phase in our school practices.

Our institution, which has been achieving success for 24 years, will enhance the counseling and guidance qualifications of its educational staff through this project. Thus, our school will continue to provide education and guidance services at European standards.

By prioritizing individuals' personal development, our project will contribute to the development of the European dimension in Guidance by fostering the understanding of preparing individuals as "active citizens in a democratic society."

Danışman Öğretmen Projesi

Özel Erciyes Anadolu Lisesi olarak, yenilik ve gelişim adımlarımıza bir yenisini daha ekledik!

Modern eğitim anlayışımızı destekleyen Consultant Teacher “danışman öğretmen“ projemiz; Erasmus + Okul Eğitimi Personel Hareketliliği kapsamında 91 puan alarak onaylanmıştır.

Projemizin 2018'de Kayseri’den kabul edilen 4 proje içerisinde, özel okula ait tek Proje olması bizleri ayrıca gururlandırmıştır.

Projemiz ile 8 er kişilik 2 öğretmen grubu, proje ortaklarımız Almanya ve Letonya’da eğitim alarak okul uygulamalarımızda yeni bir süreci başlatacaklardır.

24 yıldır başarılara imza atan kurumumuz, bu proje ile eğitimci kadrosunun danışmanlık ve rehberlik yeterliliklerini geliştirecektir. Böylece Okulumuz Avrupa standartlarında eğitim ve rehberlik hizmeti sunmaya devam edecektir.

Projemiz bireylerin kişisel gelişimlerine önem vererek, “demokratik bir toplumda aktif yurttaş“ olarak hayata hazırlama anlayışını geliştirerek Rehberlikte Avrupa boyutunun gelişmesine de katkı sağlayacaktır.
